About Us

Meet Coach Patrick

My soccer journey began in the heart of the Potomac/Rockville, MD area where I was born and raised. Once I fell in love with the beautiful game, I played for well-known area club teams, such as MSI, Potomac Soccer, and Bethesda Soccer Club. While attending Churchill High School, I played on the varsity team for my freshman and sophomore years.

When I turned 16 years old, I moved to Belgium to pursue my dream of becoming a professional soccer player. There, I was selected to join the top soccer academy in the country, R.S.C Anderlecht, and I continued my development for two years before signing my first contract with Standard de Liège. Throughout my time at Standard, I was loaned out to lower division teams to get experience working toward playing for the first team. For the six years I spent abroad, I gained a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience during my time in both the academy and first team environments. These experiences helped me grow not only as a player but also deepened my understanding of technical development, game intelligence, and what it takes to perform at a high level.

After playing in Belgium, I decided to come back to the states and work toward my college degree. While in school, I discovered my passion for training athletes and helping them unlock their true potential. Whether you're an aspiring player looking to elevate your game or just someone who loves the beautiful game, I'm here to teach, guide, and inspire the present and future generations of athletes.

Sydney Wiser

I started doing strength training with Patrick two years ago as a high school junior. Now I'm a division three soccer player. From my first session with him, I felt incredibly supported and motivated to work hard. He meets you where you are on your strength training journey and then builds you up from there. Patrick pushes me out of my comfort zone but he has always encouraged me to advocate for myself and respected my decisions. He brings so much positive energy and knowledge to the gym that keeps his clients coming back. He has tailored my training to make it exactly what I need to succeed as a soccer player. Since I started working with Patrick, my confidence both in the gym and as an athlete in general has grown tremendously.

Jack Heintz

Patrick has been my coach for around 2-3 years now, and he has motivated me to become better on the 25 field and in the gym. But what is really great about Patrick is his attitude towards his work and his clients. He keeps things light while also pushing you to your limits. This balance, along with his knowledge of lifting and soccer, is what has led me to continue working with him for many years.

Sophia Ambrose

As a forward, one of the main areas I wanted to focus on was ball work in the attacking third. Patrick creates game-realistic scenarios with placeholders and simulates pressure from a defender to generate an environment that not only prepares, but also pushes you. In addition, due to his level of experience playing soccer, he gives specific technical critiques that have been instrumental in my development. Plus, every training is always super fun :) I would 100% recommend!
