Individual

One-on-one sessions focusing on enhancing technical ball work skills, speed, agility, and game intelligence — all tailored to the athlete's specific position and goals.

Semi-Private

Small group sessions (2–4 athletes) that combine personalized skill development with the dynamic of training alongside peers, fostering both individual growth and team synergy.

Group

High-intensity sessions (4+ athletes) designed to improve technical skills, game awareness, and overall performance. These sessions create a competitive and supportive environment where athletes challenge each other, develop team chemistry, and grow together.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength Training

Customized programs aimed at enhancing overall athletic performance including weight lifting, endurance training, and flexibility exercises — suitable for athletes at all levels.

Speed Training

Specialized workouts focusing on improving acceleration, agility, and quickness to give athletes a competitive edge on the field.

Injury Prevention Training

Targeted exercises and techniques designed to reduce the risk of injuries by strengthening vulnerable areas and improving movement mechanics.

Camps

Technical Ball Work

- First touch, passing, dribbling, and finishing drills

- Footwork-focused drills for confidence and control under pressure

Speed & Agility Training

- Sprint mechanics and explosive starts

- Quickness drills, reaction work, and change of direction techniques

Small-Sided Games

- 1v1, 2v2, and 4v4 matchups aiming to enhance quick decision-making, boost creativity, and apply technical skills in a high-tempo environment
